Who we are
TdsPicker is a comment picker built for one job: running honest giveaways on Threads. If you post a giveaway, ask people to comment, and then need a fair way to choose a winner, that is exactly what we do. You paste your post link, we load the public comments, and we draw a winner at random in front of you.
We started TdsPicker because picking giveaway winners by hand is slow and easy to question. Scrolling a comment thread and stopping on a name "that feels random" is not random at all, and your audience knows it. People want to see that everyone had the same shot. A tool that draws the winner the same way every single time removes the doubt and the arguments that come with it.
We are an independent giveaway tool. We are not owned by Threads or Meta, and we are not affiliated with them. That independence matters to us, because it means our only job is serving the creators and brands who run draws, not promoting a platform.
What TdsPicker actually does
The flow is short on purpose. You copy the URL of your public Threads giveaway post and paste it into the picker. You choose how many winners you want and set any filters you need. You press the button, the comments load, and the winners appear. From there, you can copy the names to announce them or export the full record.
Underneath that simple flow is the part that matters most: fairness. When it is time to draw, TdsPicker takes every eligible entry and shuffles them using a cryptographically secure random number generator with the Fisher–Yates method. In plain terms, that means the shuffle is genuinely unpredictable, and every entry has an identical chance of being picked. The result cannot be nudged by you, by an entrant, or by us. That is the whole point.
The features creators ask for
Most giveaways need more than a blind draw, so we built filters around the real situations people run into.
Keyword and hashtag filters let you require a comment to include a specific word or tag, like "entered" or a campaign hashtag, before it counts as a valid entry. Reply controls let you include or exclude reply comments depending on how your giveaway works. Duplicate removal makes sure a single account can only be counted once, so the loudest commenter doesn't get extra chances. And when you need to hand out several prizes, you can draw multiple winners in a single run.
When the draw is done, you can export your scraped comments and your winner list as a CSV file. That gives you a clean, shareable record. If a sponsor or an audience member ever asks how the winner was chosen, you have the data to show them.
Privacy comes first
We designed TdsPicker to be light on data. There is no login to Threads, so we never see or store your password. The tool reads public comment data only, the same information anyone visiting your post could see. We are not interested in collecting more than we need to run your draw, and we explain exactly what we do handle in our Privacy Policy.

We keep pricing plain. New users get 3 free trial draws to see how the tool works before paying anything. After that, the Creator plan is $5 a month for occasional campaigns and quick draws, and the Growth plan is $50 a year for creators and brands running giveaways regularly. The yearly plan simply costs less over twelve months. Checkout runs through Stripe, and the monthly plan can be cancelled at any time.
