We are happy to help

Running a giveaway often comes with a clock attached. The winner announcement is scheduled, your audience is waiting, and you need an answer quickly. We get that. The fastest way to reach us is by email at [email protected], and we aim to reply as soon as we can during working hours. The more detail you give us up front, the faster we can sort things out.

The best ways to reach us

Email — [email protected]. This is our main support channel and the best option for anything that needs a record, such as billing questions, refund requests, or a problem you want us to look into. Email is also ideal when you need to share details like the post URL you were drawing from or a screenshot of an error.

WhatsApp. For quick questions, you can message us on WhatsApp at +44 7988 748570. This is handy when you are mid-campaign and need a fast yes-or-no answer rather than a long reply.

Facebook. You can also reach us through our Facebook page at facebook.com/tdspicker. Some people prefer to message there, and we keep an eye on it.

Whichever channel you choose, you are talking to the team behind the tool, not a wall of automated replies.

What to include when you write

A little detail goes a long way and usually saves a round of back-and-forth. When you contact us about a draw, it helps to include the public URL of the Threads post you were working with, the number of winners you were trying to pick, and any filters you had switched on, such as keywords or the include-replies setting. If something went wrong, tell us what you expected to happen and what actually happened, and add a screenshot if you have one. For billing questions, the email address on your subscription is enough for us to find your account.

Common reasons people contact us

Help with a draw. Maybe the comments didn't load the way you expected, or a filter excluded more entries than you thought it would. Send us the post link and your settings, and we can look at what happened.

Billing and subscriptions. Questions about the $5 monthly Creator plan or the $50 yearly Growth plan, changing plans, updating a card, or cancelling all go to email. Payments run through Stripe, and we can help you sort out anything on our side.

Free trials. New users get 3 free trial draws. If you have a question about how the trial works or what happens when it ends, just ask.

Feature requests. A lot of what TdsPicker does today started as a suggestion from someone running real giveaways. If there is a filter or an export option you wish existed, tell us. We can't promise to build everything, but we read every idea.

Reporting a problem. If you spot a bug or something that looks off in a result, let us know with as much detail as you can. Fair, accurate draws are the whole point of the tool, so we take these reports seriously.

A note on what we can and can't do

We can help you operate the tool, sort out your subscription, and investigate problems on our end. What we can't do is change the outcome of a draw. Once entries are loaded and the random shuffle runs, the result stands, because that is what makes it fair. If we could re-roll a draw on request, the tool would not be trustworthy. So if you contact us hoping to pick a different winner, we won't be able to help with that, and we hope you can see why.

We also can't act on behalf of Threads or Meta. We are an independent tool and have no access to the Threads platform beyond the public comments anyone can see. Questions about your Threads account itself need to go to Threads directly.

Working hours and response times

We are a small team, so we are not staffed around the clock. We work through messages in the order they arrive and prioritise anything where a giveaway is actively blocked. If you write outside working hours, you will still get a reply; it just may take a little longer. Sending the same question through several channels at once tends to slow things down rather than speed them up, since it splits the conversation, so picking one channel and giving us the details is usually quickest.

Before you write, you might find the answer faster

Many of the questions we get are already answered on the site. Our FAQ page covers how winners are chosen, pricing, free trials, exports, filters and the no-login approach. Our Privacy Policy explains what data we read and store, and our Terms and Conditions cover subscriptions, refunds and fair use. If your question is one of those, you may get an instant answer there. If not, we are only an email away.

We value the feedback

Honest feedback is how the tool gets better. If something delighted you, we would love to hear it, because it tells us what to protect. If something frustrated you, we want to hear that even more, because it tells us what to fix. Either way, your message reaches people who can do something about it.

So whenever you are ready, reach out at [email protected], message us on WhatsApp, or find us on Facebook. Tell us what you are trying to do and we will help you get there. We want your next Threads giveaway to be the easy part of your day.
